Come explore one of the most historic locations on the island of Hawai'i. We will provide a hiking expedition not soon forgotten. Waipi'o has cultivated taro undisturbed for over 1,500 years, it was once home to some of the most legendary royalty of Hawai'i and is admired by all who set their eyes upon this true tropical paradise. Providing education through experience to perpetuate the history and culture of Hawai'i.Tour includes light drinks and snacks. Swimming in a waterfall is optional.
Restrictions:We will offer the tour to a minimum age of 7 years old and take any one old enough that can physically and mentally endure a hike that includes passing through rivers, over boulders and rock. We do not recommend the hike to anyone whom has experienced knee, back or body injuries that may effect your ability to complete the hike. Need to wear water shoes or closed toe shoes.

What to Bring?
Water socks are recommended or any covered footwear you are willing to get wet and muddy. Swimming attire and light clothing suggested. Hats, sunscreen and glasses if preferred. Cameras are welcome. One small bottle of water and a light snack is provided, you may wish to bring additional water and snacks and a pack to carry these items.
Do I Bring Lunch?
If you prefer to bring your own lunch that will be fine and there will be a cooler to keep items cool. There is a great sandwich shop in town called Simply Natural. I can arrange a sandwich (Turkey, Ham or Veggie), chips and a drink for an additional lunch fee, pick up free of charge.
