                                       Lava Hike. Our tour guide was great! We loved his outgoing
                                       personality. This made the tours so much more enjoyable
                                       being able to interact with our guide of your beautiful island.
                                      His interest in what we were interested in seeing could not have been more appreciated as he made sure to show us those special places. His knowledge and enthusiasm of the island was so great that we were caught up in listening and learning all he could tell us. The lava boat tour was awesome! Even though the seas were a bit rough and there was a drizzle (being the early April weather) - that was a sight and sound that neither I nor my husband will ever forget! The captain and crew were so contentious on our safety and ability to see the lava flow. The added delight was the planktonic creatures the boat's swell turned up and illuminated the water. I had seen this on the Discovery Channel, but to see this in person, well, AWESOME.The Mauna Loa tour was great! The Mauna Kea tour was spectacular! What a beautiful view peering down on the
clouds. Who would ever thought we would be playing in ice and snow in Hawaii!
I am telling all my family and friends that my husband and I could not have had better tours of the Big Island.

Review: A DREAM VACATION of a lifetime come true thanks to C Big Island's
individualized tours. The only tour company to use! I enjoyed a day-long
tour of Hilo including my dream to walk over the lava flow at sunset to
see the lava flow to the ocean, a lava rain forest, coffee fields, & more.
Nothing can replace the copter ride over Kilauea. And a day-long tour of
Kona waterfalls & white sand beach, rainforest, desert, and so much more
is a valid memory. I wish I had more time to spend with C Big Island
Tours, but will when I return to finish the other "half" of the island.
D We had an awesome time in Hilo and Kona, and it's all because of Brandy
- our tour guide from Lobo Del Mar.

If you want to see and do anything on the Big Island of Hawaii, these are the people to call. We having been coming to the Big Island for the last 12 years. I have always wanted to see the Green Sand and Black Sand Beaches. Yesterday, Joe and Luz, picked us up at our hotel and drove us in a luxury 4X4 to the southern end of the island to visit these beaches. The ride was smooth and comfortable. Joe was very knowledgeable about the island. The beaches were a delightful surprise. There were giant turtles basking in the sun on the Black Sand Beach. The Green Sand beach glistened like green diamonds. It was truly a spectacular day! We are going to call them next week for a lava tour. They have a boat tour and land tour. Anything you want to do (and do it right) should be with this wonderful family owned company!

Review: I booked three tours with Brandy and enjoyed all of them a lot. I
liked it that I was also taken to some of the more "hidden" attractions of
the island. And I prefer to go around in small, private groups.
Higly recommended!

I don't know where to start when it comes to thanking you both and your family Bridget. First I want to thank you for all the great meals at Bongo Ben's. Second for the great adventure trips with the Manta Rays and the Lava Rock night boat trip on the Hilo side of the big Island.. Great snorkeling with the Sea Turtles. We really enjoyed the Buntin Family they all made us feel so welcome. Thank you for the T Shirts and the mugs and especially the family Book,"The Family that Went Down to the Sea".
Ben thank you for the great Bongo concert on Saturday night. You two are very blessed.

Hello Oleathia,

I just wanted to let you how impressed I was with the staff on our tours! They were so friendly and really made an effort to make us feel comfortable. We got so much history on the island ! While we had some monsoon like conditions during our lava tour my son still thought it was a great adventure, and the green sand beach was spectacular. I wanted to thank you for the effort you took to ensure that all of our activities were booked to best fit our schedule while on the Big Island. All of the different activities were fabulous. Every member of "the family" were super polite and helpful. You guys do a great job. Half way through the week we were already trying to recommend you guys for the various activities you offer.

To make our trips even more enjoyable, we were fortunate enough to be on a few trips with the guys from Scottland which encouraged a few guys in the family to break their bagpipes and drums.

I am pretty certain we would not have had that experience with anyone else!

Thanks again not only to you for all of your help with organization, but to everyone in the family for the great time you gave us. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to tell you guys you guys are THE BEST Tour company I had experienced in all islands of Hawaii. (haahha been here sosososo many times) The trip was very exciting, informational, and best of all the we don't feel like tourists... it is wonderful!!!!
