CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled tour/activity time will be charged full price. For Private groups or groups of 10 or more, the cancellation policy is 1 week prior to the scheduled activity.

Guests who do not show up on time to check in for their reserved tour/activity will be charged full price.

Tour minimum: If tour minimum is not met, the tour will be fully refunded or rescheduled. If bad weather causes cancellation, you will be fully refunded.

CRUISE SHIP NOTICE: If your ship is delayed, we will adjust to the ship's itinerary. If your cruise ship does not come into port, we automatically refund all passengers.
